Navigating the site:
You can browse by section by clicking links in the Main Menu. You may also do keyword searches in the search field above. You can add products to your cart by clicking the "Add to Basket" link. If there is more information needed for an item, such has an astrology chart, you will be taken to the item page where you can fill out a form with the information needed. You can add products to your wish list by clicking the "Add to Wish List" link. You must create an account to have a Wish List.
Setting up an account:
We highly recommend setting up an account when you check out. By setting up an account you have control of your information. You can change addresses and other information. You can check on your order status, browse past orders, and easily place new ones. You can also access your download items from your account. We use SSL 128 bit encryption to handle your personal information to our server.
All credit card transactions are handled securely by Authorize.net. We never see your credit card info unless you place an order by phone. We crosscut shred any paperwork with credit card info on it that we may take over the phone. No credit card information is stored on our servers, ever.
Forgotten Password:
If you forget your password, you can use the "Forgotten Password" link to create a new password that will be automatically emailed to you. You will need to know the email address you used to create the account. Once you have the new password you can log in to your account and change it to whatever you like. Please record it somewhere safe. If you still are having difficulty, please use the contact link to contact us directly about the issue.
Orders:
Once we have payment confirmation most orders are processed within 48 hrs. Some payment types are processed immediately (PayPal and credit cards) if they contain download items. Links to any downloadable items will be sent to the email listed on your order once payment is confirmed. Tangible items are shipped by US Postal Service or UPS.
If you have have set up an account with us, you can check your order status at any time by logging into your metastudies.com account. If you did not set up an account, you will need to contact us with your name and order number or just reply with the order comfirmation email you where sent when you placed the order.
Download Items:
Download items are sent automatically from our server once payment has been confirmed. Please make sure your email spam filter is set you allow email from info@metastudies.com. Yahoo and other ISPs are getting very aggressive with their spam filtering and often block legitimate mail in the process. If you have not received your download link within 8 hrs of payment confirmation please contact us. Or, you can log into your account and access your download items directly.
There is a limit on the number of times your download link will function. This is to prevent sharing of download links. Please respect our copyright and do not share your links or our PDFs, MP3s, or CDs with others. We have worked very hard to produce these works and deserve to get paid for them.
Did not get a confirmation email.
If you did not get a confirmation email after you placed an order, you need to check your spam box. Some ISPs are very aggressively trying to stop spam, but this can cause problems for legitimate businesses trying to get emails to their customers. Yahoo accounts are especially problematic, so we recommend, if you have another email account that you can use, use it, instead of yahoo.
SPAM
Metastudies.com does not send spam. We only send emails to our customers for the purpose of processing their orders or, if they sign up for our newsletter, sending our monthly newsletter or special discounts only available to our subscribers.
If you receive and email that looks like spam and has a return address from us, it was used without our permission. Spammers have ways to glean emails from all over the internet and to use these in their spam to hide their tracks. Unfortunately there is no way to stop them at this time from doing this despicable deed. We only hope that their karma will soon catch up with them and they see the error of their ways.
Metaphysical/New Age Retailers:
We can set you up with retailer account so you can purchase many of our products (tangible only) at wholesale to sell in your store. We require you first open an account and include your valid resell number in the comments field. We will then set your account so you can see the discounted prices. Please allow up to 2 business days (but usually it takes much less) to set up your account.
We do not have any net payment plans for retailers and only take credit cards, business checks or paypal for payment. All orders must be prepaid.
